I just added a small spiked piece on the edge and presto....it looked better. While I was incorporating the spike I also added a piece of rod around the rear circumferance of the panel leading up to it. This gives a nice smooth curved edge as well when it is filled and helps to accent the spike as well.
I think this will be the last mod to go on, for the body anyway. Next it will be time to focus on the various mounts that are needed to hold relocated needed items for the bike, such as the battery up under the tank area etc. And the front fender is yet to go so got to get at it soon. But Saturday is coming and Tim is brining down the engine, and some other parts, so we can test fit it and check to see if there are any interferences with the body that may need to be modified. Not having it here to use when I was making the body was a worrysome at times because I really had no idea where things went on this particular model.
Fingers crossed.......
